During the course of our regular business, it became apparent that, where overseas holiday homes and investment properties were concerned, a number of our customers were looking for a choice of construction methods. Therefore, bricks and mortar is also an option.

Whilst much of our activity focused on the manufacture of buildings for construction in the UK and Europe, we had (on occasion) ventured into the Trans-Atlantic market, and from this experience it was clear that there were opportunities for land purchase and development in some rather special and beautiful areas.
